Common questions

How do I upgrade to Pro?+

Open BoxSmartly, tap Settings, then Upgrade to Pro. It's a one-time $14.99 purchase through the App Store — no subscription.

I lost my phone / got a new one. How do I restore my data?+

On Pro, turn on iCloud backup in Settings. Sign in to your same iCloud account on the new device, install BoxSmartly, and enable iCloud backup — your inventory restores automatically. On Free, inventory is stored on-device only.

Which label sheets work?+

Avery 5163 for detailed labels (with box name, room and item list) and Avery 5160 for blank claim sheets. You can also pair your own stickers by scanning a blank QR.

The camera won't scan a QR code.+

Make sure BoxSmartly has camera permission in iOS Settings › Privacy › Camera. Good lighting and a steady hand help — hold the phone about 6–10 inches away.
